1. Who is responsible for the data

Data controller

This Privacy Policy applies to the ecopsy.online website, maintained by Renan Oliveira Santos, a psychologist and the person responsible for developing the PsycheAI research project and its first module, ECO. For any question or request about your data, contact contato@ecopsy.online.

PsycheAI is an independent research project, currently in a technical-pilot phase, not yet submitted to an Ethics Committee (CEP/CONEP) and without a formal institutional affiliation at this time — as already stated on this site's homepage.

2. What this policy covers

Today, only the waitlist form

Currently, ecopsy.online collects personal data at a single point: the waitlist form available on the homepage. This policy describes exactly that processing.

It does not describe how the ECO tool itself works internally (which runs separately at investimentos369.com/psycheai), nor does it replace the full Informed Consent Form (TCLE) that will be presented, specifically and in detail, before any actual participation in the research — as already clarified in the form itself.

3. What data we collect

Waitlist form data

• name;
• email;
• profession (optional);
• institution (optional);
• country/state;
• reason for your interest (free text);
• record of your acceptance of the Privacy Policy and of the TCLE disclosure;
• date and time of submission.

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools on this page to identify visitors. The only personal data processed is what you type into the form yourself.

4. What we use this data for

Purpose

Waitlist data is used exclusively to:

• contact you about the research and the PsycheAI/ECO project;
• let you know when a spot to access ECO opens up;
• understand, in aggregate, the profile of people interested in the research, to plan next steps.

We do not use this data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or use it for any purpose other than what's stated here.

5. Legal basis

Consent

This data is processed on the legal basis of your consent (article 7, item I, of Brazil's General Data Protection Law — LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018), given when you check the acceptance box on the form itself. You can withdraw this consent at any time, as described in section 9 below.

6. Where the data is stored

Infrastructure

This site's form sends the data directly, from the visitor's browser, to the PsycheAI API hosted at investimentos369.com — the same technical infrastructure that supports ECO. ecopsy.online itself does not store this data: it only displays the form and forwards the submission.

As already explained on this site's homepage, the complete data-security infrastructure (hardened storage, granular access control, auditing) is one of the fronts the project is still developing, partly dependent on ongoing funding. In the meantime, we apply basic protection measures — such as restricted access limited to the person responsible for the project and encrypted transmission of data (HTTPS) — and we treat this evolution as a priority, not an afterthought.

7. Who the data is shared with

Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be accessed by infrastructure providers strictly necessary to operate the site and the API (for example, the hosting provider), always limited to what's needed to run the service.

8. How long we keep your data

Retention

We keep waitlist data for as long as your registered interest remains relevant to the research — that is, until you are contacted about a spot, until the pilot-study collection phase is defined, or until you request deletion of your data, whichever comes first.

9. Your rights

Rights guaranteed under the LGPD

As a data subject, you have the right to, among others provided for by the LGPD (articles 17 to 22):

• confirm whether we process any data about you and access it;
• correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• request deletion of your data;
• withdraw your consent at any time;
• request portability of your data to another provider, where applicable;
• obtain information about who your data is shared with.

To exercise any of these rights, write to contato@ecopsy.online. Since this is an independent project in a technical-pilot phase without a large support team, replies are handled personally by the project's lead — but every request is taken seriously and answered.

10. The difference between this policy and the TCLE

Joining the waitlist is not research participation

Filling out the waitlist form does not constitute participation in the research or collection of speech or session data. It is only a record of interest, used for future contact.

Before any actual participation — that is, before speaking with ECO in a research context — you will receive and need to agree to a specific, complete and detailed Informed Consent Form (TCLE), prepared in accordance with Brazilian Law No. 14,874/2024, Decree No. 12,651/2025 and National Health Council Resolution No. 510/2016. This Privacy Policy does not replace that form.

11. Changes to this policy

Updates

This policy may be updated as the project evolves — for example, as the pilot study progresses or as the security infrastructure described in section 6 is completed. The date and version at the top of this page always indicate the version in effect.
